Do I have to workout everyday of the program?Updated 10 months ago

Each week of the Pregnancy Program will have a 7 day schedule which includes:

  • 3x strength workouts
  • 1x mobility session
  • 1x labor preparation session
  • 2x rest days

You can complete all or none of the workouts in any given week. 

You can complete workouts in the order that best suits your body. 

We do recommend matching your week of pregnancy to the week of programming as the programming adapts to the different stages of pregnancy.  

Completing all the workouts is not necessary to progress through the program.
