When should I begin labor prep?Updated 19 days ago

You can begin preparing your body for birth any time, ideally you want to transition from pelvic floor strengthening to pelvic floor lengthening and mobility exercises no later than 34 weeks into your pregnancy. 

Labor prep exercises are included in your weekly workout schedule as lower body workouts are designed to incorporate labor prep, so you are beginning labor prep as soon as you begin working out with Momday!

If you prefer shorter labor prep routines on certain days or want to substitute a workout with a labor prep session, you have that flexibility. You can access these options through the Labor Prep Studio on the pregnancy page, which provides additional movement sessions beyond your weekly schedule.
