What equipment do I need?Updated 23 days ago

With the required equipment workouts can be performed at home, in a gym, or outside. 

Required equipment is different for Pregnancy and Postpartum programming. 

Pregnancy Program Equipment:

  1. One set of dumbbells (1 set of matching weights or multiple sets depending on how many levels of weight you want to lift with)
  2. Long resistance band(s) or cable machine (1 band or multiple bands depending on how many resistance levels you want to work with; or 1 cable machine)
  3. Mini band(s) (1 band or multiple bands depending on how many resistance levels you want to work with)
  4. Pilates ball or pillow (1 of either)
  5. Bench or box structure (1 of either)
  6. Birth ball (1)
  7. Overhead, fixed structure to tie long resistance band to, such as: squat rack, pull up bar, stair banister, wall hook, door frame hook (1)

Postpartum Program Equipment:

  1. Long resistance band(s) or cable machine (1 band or multiple bands depending on how many resistance levels you want to work with; or 1 cable machine)
  2. Mini band(s) (1 band or multiple bands depending on how many resistance levels you want to work with)
  3. Pilates ball or pillow (1 of either)
  4. Chair, bench or box (1 of either)
  5. Overhead, fixed structure to tie long resistance band to, such as: squat rack, pull up bar, stair banister, wall hook, door frame hook (1)
